  Such. Bad. Customer. Service. I've never been treated so rudely and waved off like at Petland here! They do not care what condition their animals are in. I got a fitch there, and when I got home, put it in its cage, I noticed that most of its feathers were plucked out by its neck and that it was easily aggravated (probably because of the fact all the birds fight in there). I went back the next day to get an exchange, and all the birds were like that. Not only that, but one of them were bleeding! We asked for an exchange as soon as we walked in the door, the woman gave us a nasty look and asked why. Why? Because we want one! I never knew that we had to give an explanation on why we wanted an exchange. I told her that it looked unhealthy (originally I thought it lost all its feather because it was sick) because it had lost its feather by the back of its neck. She said, "They'll grow back, but okay." I swear, these people are so rude and do NOT care about their animals. Not only that, but when we were discussing how ugly the birds conditions were, the OTHER manager (a guy) said, "Well why did you take it like that?" BECAUSE YOU GAVE IT TO US IN A CLOSED BOX! These people love to give you sick/poor quality animals, and they will do nothing, absolutely nothing! The woman manager says, "we put millet in there so they don't peck at each other, but they still do." Excuse me? First of all, NONE of the birds had millet in their cages. Secondly, I've had zebra finches before and they've never pecked at each other, regardless of millet spray in their cages. If you want customer service that is good and respectable, go ANYWHERE but here. I'm absolutely disgusted about how bad it's gotten over the years, and I won't be surprised when the managers get fired soon. Or at the very least the store will close down thanks to their poor customer service. DO NOT GO HERE.
